Founded by brothers Jay Naishadh Mendha and Malav Patel, Kahani was born from a journey that began far away from home. In 2022, Jay started working in the USA as a barista at Dunkin’ Donuts, where he learned the fundamentals of customer service, consistency, and speed. But his hunger to grow didn’t stop there.
